The TITAN Method

We Understand How Your Child Learns
Children rarely fail to learn because they cannot. Learning stalls in three specific places, and each one has an answer: the TITAN Method is a cycle of Encode, Recall and Apply, built into the ordinary blocks of the afternoon rather than sold as a separate class.
Where Learning Breaks Down

01
Encode
Children put each new idea into their own words before the lesson moves on, so a shaky understanding is caught while it can still be fixed.

02
Recall
Children bring material back with the book closed, several times a week. What they know gets stronger, and gaps surface while they are still small.

03
Apply
Children meet the same skill in school questions, in other subjects and in English all afternoon, until they no longer need telling which method to use.
Our Six Key Beliefs
Our beliefs guide how we design our curriculum, teach our lessons and support every child.

01
Every Child Has Potential
We see the TITAN in every child. Children develop at different rates and bring different strengths and needs to the classroom. Our role is to understand each child, hold high expectations and provide the teaching and support they need to progress.

02
Driving Excellence Through Academic Rigour
Academic rigour is not an end in itself. It gives children the strong foundations, confidence and capability to go further. At TITAN, we develop deep understanding and the ability to apply learning — preparing children not only for examinations, but also for the opportunities and challenges beyond the classroom.

03
Developing the Whole Child
Academic achievement is only one part of a child’s development. We bring together Communication, Cognitive Development and Character so children grow not only in what they know, but also in how they think, express themselves and relate to others.

04
Language Is Learned by Living It
Children develop confidence in English when they use it meaningfully and often. That is why English at TITAN extends beyond language lessons — it is woven into learning, conversation and everyday experiences.

05
Upholding Excellence in Teaching
A strong curriculum only comes alive through skilful teaching. Our educators plan with purpose, explain clearly, respond to each child’s understanding and continually refine their practice.

06
A Curriculum Built for Success
Effective learning does not happen by chance. We carefully sequence what children learn, build in opportunities for recall and application, and continually review our curriculum to keep it relevant, rigorous and aligned with current educational standards.
